Data Entry & AI Imaging

I have two parallel workflows that need to run smoothly side-by-side.

First, the data work: all source material arrives as Excel spreadsheets. I’ll supply you with a folder of sheets each week; your job is to enter or update the rows that I flag, rename the sheets or resulting files to a simple convention I’ll share, and copy-paste specific fields into a master document. Accuracy and tidy filenames matter more than speed.

Second, the creative side: for every completed row you’ll generate a photo-style AI image from my written prompt. Once generated, the background must be swapped to a single, solid colour that I’ll specify up front. Doing this in bulk—whether through Photoshop actions, a Python script, or the built-in batch tools of your preferred AI platform—will keep the pace brisk.

Deliverables
• Updated Excel files, correctly renamed
• A consolidated master sheet reflecting the new data
• AI-generated photographs (JPEG or PNG)
• The same images with solid-colour backgrounds, organised in clearly labelled folders

If you already use Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar—and have a reliable way to batch-replace backgrounds—this will be simple work. Once we click, I’ll share sample sheets, prompts, and the colour palette so you can prove the workflow on a small set before we scale up.
