Ai speech to text transcription engine
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi.
I am looking for a developer who has experience with Python Open source transcription modules to convert audio to text. (speech-to-text).
1: Each Audio file will have English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi mixed.
2: I am also okay if you can convert English words only and ignore other language words!
3: It is not necessary to convert the whole sentence. instead, I am okay with converting word to word.
4: I need it to detect bad words in an Audio file. The bad words are in English only. Like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
I am okay with both desktop (windows) OR server solutions with API.
I don't need google/AWS etc paid transcription API. I am looking for open source and free.
The server should not consume high CPU or RAM. As I have thousand of minutes to be translated every day.
it should not take a very long time to translate a 30 minutes file.
The accuracy should be around 50%.
This is an hourly project.
