I’m looking for a dependable e-commerce specialist to take the lead on our Square/Clover POS storefront while keeping our eBay and Amazon channels perfectly aligned. Square/Clover is the heart of our operation, so daily attention to its inventory, pricing, and sales data comes first. From there, every change needs to ripple out to eBay and Amazon so customers never see an out-of-stock item.
Here’s what the role looks like in practice:
• Square/Clover first. You’ll own product listings, price updates, stock counts, and reporting inside Clover, then push accurate data to eBay and Amazon.
• AI-driven Amazon support. My main need on Amazon isn’t manual listing work—it’s setting up and running automations that speed up repetitive tasks. Feel free to bring whichever AI platform you trust most; I’m open to tools beyond ChatGPT or Replit.
• eBay touch points. When inventory sync is humming, create or adjust listings and monitor orders so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Supplier sourcing. When stock levels dip, locate or negotiate with suppliers, place purchase orders, and feed the new inventory back into Clover for a seamless restock cycle.
To thrive here you’ll already have experience running seller accounts on both eBay and Amazon, hands-on familiarity with Clover POS, and a track record of using AI or scripting to automate e-commerce workflows.
