n8n AI Workflow Automation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The goal is to design, configure, and document an AI-powered agent inside n8n that handles end-to-end workflow automation. The agent must listen to multiple triggers, call the right APIs, read or write to our databases, pull from or push to spreadsheets, and then decide—without human intervention—what happens next in each flow.
I already use n8n self-hosted, so you will have full access to a running instance. From there, I need:
• A clean set of n8n workflows that demonstrate the core automation logic
• Reusable sub-workflows (or custom nodes, if they make sense) for API calls, database queries, and spreadsheet operations
• Error handling, logging, and notifications so failures surface quickly
• A short README or Loom walkthrough that shows me how to extend or duplicate the flows
Success is measured by me being able to drop in a new API key, table name, or sheet ID and see the agent run from start to finish without touching the underlying logic.
