Windows AI Document Analyzer
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a desktop application for Windows 10/11 that lets end-users upload both PDF files and standard text documents, run them through local or cloud AI models, and immediately view the results in a clean, modern interface.
Core analysis tools must include:
• accurate text extraction,
• concise content summarization, and
• relevant keyword identification.
Access to the app happens through an email-and-password flow, with built-in password reset. Please design the login layer to store credentials securely (hashing, salting, etc.) and keep the UX friction-free.
Licensing is just as important. The app should:
• generate and activate license keys,
• validate each start-up against our server or a lightweight API,
• track expiry dates automatically, and
• gracefully restrict features once a license lapses.
I’m open to your preferred tech stack—popular choices like Electron + React, .NET (WPF/WinUI), or a lightweight C++/Qt build are all acceptable as long as the final installer runs smoothly on Windows 10 and 11 without extra dependencies.
Deliverables
1. Executable installer with silent-install switch.
2. Full, well-commented source code.
3. README or short user guide explaining build, deployment, and license configuration.
4. One demo license key so I can verify activation, expiry handling, and the three analysis features.
Once everything is tested and accepted, I will issue final sign-off so we can wrap up the project.
