We are a Honda 2-wheeler dealership in Delhi looking to build a WhatsApp-based AI Sales Assistant that:
Responds to customer enquiries in Hindi & English
Has structured product knowledge (Activa, SP125, Shine, etc.)
Handles competitor comparison
Auto-follows up with leads
Sends ₹500 booking token payment link (Razorpay)
Escalates hot leads to human sales team
This is a one-time setup project with clear scope.
1. Core Requirements
The system must include:
a) WhatsApp Business API Integration
Setup using Interakt / Gupshup / Meta Cloud API
Handle template messages + normal conversation window
Maintain conversation memory (minimum 7 days context)
b) AI Integration (OpenAI API)
GPT-based conversational AI
Hindi-first tone (natural, non-robotic)
Automatic English switch if user types English
Structured prompt design
Objection handling logic
Two sales personas:
Rajiv (Sales Executive)
Amit (Finance Specialist)
c) Lead Reactivation System
Bulk but controlled messaging (700 old leads)
Segmentation by model
Batch sending logic (not spam blast)
