We are looking for an experienced freelance developer with hands-on expertise in LiveKit to help us build web-based AI assistants for our existing parts ordering software for manufacturers.
**About the Project**
We develop software solutions for OEMs across automotive, farm equipment, construction equipment, and industrial sectors. We are building AI-powered assistants that will integrate with our existing platforms and help users interact with aftermarket systems through chat and voice interfaces.
The assistant should be capable of:
* Finding spare parts from electronic parts catalogs
* Assisting users in identifying the correct part
* Checking order status
* Creating and tracking support tickets
* Answering service and warranty-related questions
* Accessing information from manuals and knowledge bases
* Integrating with existing enterprise systems through APIs
* Supporting both text-based and voice-based interactions
**Technical Requirements**
* Strong experience with LiveKit
* Experience building real-time voice and chat applications
* Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar
* Experience with web application development
* API integration experience
* Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures is preferred
* Experience with dealer, OEM, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, or support systems is a plus
