Project: AI Voice BLE PCB Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a compact consumer-electronics concept that needs to move from idea to a manufacturing-ready printed circuit board. The design must integrate five key parts on the smallest practical footprint:
• AI voice processor
• Bluetooth LE module
• MEMS microphone
• Low-profile ringer/buzzer
• CR2032 coin-cell battery
Power efficiency, low standby current and clean audio paths are essential because the device will ship as a battery-powered, always-listening product.
I already have preferred brands and specific part numbers for each major component, along with the industry certifications the finished board must satisfy; I will share those details as soon as we start. If any component substitutions become necessary, I’m open to recommendations provided they meet the same electrical performance and certification constraints.
When the layout is complete, I need the full manufacturing package:
1. Gerber and drill files ready for fabrication
2. Complete, referenced Bill of Materials (BOM)
3. Pick-and-place file with X/Y coordinates
4. Readable schematic in PDF
5. Assembly drawings showing part orientation and polarity
6. 3D STEP file of the finished board
Please build the design in whichever professional PCB tool you prefer (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, etc.)—just be sure to supply all native files alongside the outputs listed above. The job is finished when the board files pass DRC, meet the certification rules I provide, and are confirmed production-ready by my chosen contract manufacturer.
