AI Video Upscaling for Udemy
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have five long-form course videos, roughly five hours total, currently stuck at 360p. I need them professionally upscaled—using AI up-res tools such as Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve with neural engines, or a comparable solution—so they meet Udemy’s quality gate.
What I’m looking for
• Output resolution: either 1280×720 or 1920×1080—whichever gives the best balance of sharpness and file size.
• Export settings: MP4 container, H.264 video codec, AAC audio at 128 kbps or higher, constant 30 fps, and a video bitrate of 2.5 Mbps minimum (5 Mbps or more preferred).
