UiPath Invoice Data Extraction and RPA expert

I need a seasoned UiPath developer to build a reusable automation that pulls key fields—supplier name, invoice date, invoice number, line-item totals, tax and grand total—from PDF invoices and returns them in a structured format (Excel or JSON is fine). The focus right now is data extraction only; downstream validation, approvals or accounting-system hand-offs are out of scope for this phase.
My ideal solution relies on UiPath Document Understanding (or any UiPath-compatible OCR/ML extractor you trust) so the bot can handle varying templates without constant re-training. Accuracy matters: extracted values must be at least 95 % correct when tested against a mixed sample of native and image-based PDFs.
Deliverables
• UiPath project package (.nupkg) with clear, commented workflows
• A brief setup guide describing dependencies, taxonomy, and how to retrain the extractor for new layouts
• Sample run demonstrating correct extraction on at least five different PDF invoice styles
