AI Tutoring Platform Development

I am building an online tutoring platform that runs live classes through BigBlueButton and I already have the core stack defined: React.js with TailwindCSS on the frontend and a Node.js backend. What I need now is an experienced developer who can take this foundation and turn it into a production-ready application.
The key feature I want you to focus on is AI-driven, personalized tutoring recommendations. Students should automatically receive study suggestions, lesson sequencing, or resource links that are tailored to their performance and interaction history. If you have ideas for expanding the AI layer—perhaps by later adding automated grading or voice / text recognition—we can certainly discuss them, but the personalized engine is the mandatory first milestone.
To keep the workflow clean and scalable, everything has to be containerised and wired into a CI/CD pipeline. I expect Docker images for each service (frontend, backend, and any supporting services such as the database), a docker-compose or equivalent orchestration file, and an automated pipeline that builds, tests, and deploys on each push.
You will begin with a short paid test project that covers:
• Integrating BigBlueButton API into a simple React interface
• Spinning that interface and the Node.js API in Docker containers
• Demonstrating a minimal CI/CD run (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI are both fine)
Pass the test and we move on to the full build, including the AI recommendation engine and production-grade deployment. Provide your github account username.
If you are fluent in React, Node, Docker, and have practical experience with machine-learning-powered recommendation systems, I’d love to see your approach and a few relevant links to previous work.
