Traffic Lead for AI Platform, Reddit, Telegram, X (NSFW Niche)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are building an AI companion platform in the adult space and need an experienced Traffic Lead to own our entire social distribution operation.
We have a large content library ready to deploy. We need one person who can build the strategy, hire and manage sub-operators, and systematically drive traffic from social channels to our platform.
Your Role:
- Build the distribution strategy across Reddit, Telegram, and X/Twitter
- Hire and manage sub-operators/VAs underneath you (we provide the budget)
- Decide what platforms to hit, how to post, which subs/channels convert
- Weekly reporting on traffic, conversions, and spend
Requirements:
- 6+ months experience running traffic for OF creators or adult platforms
- Managed Reddit accounts, TG channels, or X accounts at scale
- You know what good looks like — conversion rates, CTR benchmarks, ban management
- Comfortable with the adult content space
- English fluency required
Pay: $800-1,500/mo for you + separate budget for sub-operators and ads. Start with a 2-week paid test before monthly commitment.
