Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Techno Project Manager with a strong background in AI/ML project management within the healthcare domain. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end delivery while also providing technical guidance and solutioning support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage AI/ML projects in the healthcare domain from initiation to delivery
Work closely with data science, engineering, and business teams for seamless execution
Provide technical guidance and solutioning support to the team when required
Ensure project adherence, take corrective actions, and drive delivery excellence
Manage project planning, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Act as a bridge between clients, business, and technical teams
Handle US client interactions and ensure clear communication and alignment
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in Techno-functional Project Management
Proven experience in AI/ML project management
Strong experience in the Healthcare domain (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience working with US clients
Exposure to patient management systems / pre-authorization workflows
Strong understanding of healthcare project execution and proven project experience
Ability to guide teams technically and provide practical solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have:
Experience with EMR/EHR systems, HL7, FHIR
PMP / Scrum certifications
Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
