Software engineer working on ERP solutions

I am in need of a software engineer to work on ERP solutions for my business. The programming language I prefer for this project is asp.net and I need the solution to have specific features in the areas of Accounting and Finance. I would prefer a hybrid platform (on-premise and cloud-based) for the ERP solution. I am looking for someone who can help me design, develop, and implement a reliable and robust system.
