I need an AI platform that can be incorporated into EMR (electronic medical record) softwares such as those of cerner and Epic used widely across the hospitals in the US which can assist doctors in diagnosis and planning patient treatment and managements. More importantly, the AI should be able to quickly scan a patients past medical history (obtained from previous records) and present the physicians w a concise summary of records, send consults to other specialists if needed, and write/update daily progress notes for patients and send it to the primary care team for approval.
I need the AI to write History of Present Ill ess based on what the patient reports on their initial encounter in the emergency room, then use that information to make an informed decision on management and be able to reason and draw conclusions. Ideally, the AI would connect with credible medical sources such as Uptodate.com, make a reasonable diagnosis, scan that website, and extract the medical planning based on that websites recomendations. Furthermore i want the AI to be able to scan the patients past history from the chart, and present the physician w a concise but relevant past history
