On-Site Historical Records Digitization -- 2

I have a collection of fragile historical records in Kota Bharu that must be converted into high-quality, searchable PDFs. Because of their condition and confidentiality, the work has to be done in person.

You will:

• Handle the documents at my location, capturing each page with a high-resolution scanner or camera that preserves every detail.
• Run an accurate AI-powered OCR process so the final PDFs are fully searchable. Tools such as ABBYY FineReader, Tesseract, or Adobe Acrobat Pro are all acceptable as long as the accuracy is proven.
• Apply consistent file names and basic metadata to help me locate each record quickly.
• Upload the finished PDFs to my private, access-controlled cloud drive; no copies should remain on local devices after transfer.

Acceptance criteria
– Every page present, legible, and oriented correctly.
– OCR layer shows at least 98 % character accuracy on a random sample.
– File structure and naming convention follow the template I provide.
– All data is removed from your equipment once I confirm receipt.
