AI Short Video Creators Needed

I’m building a small remote crew—two or three reliable creatives—to turn my concepts into eye-catching, AI-driven entertainment shorts. Each clip will run under a minute and should feel fresh, playful and optimised for quick social-media consumption.
You’ll take a written prompt or rough voice note from me, shape it in Firefly or Leonardo, clean it up in Runway, and layer voices or sound design with Eleven Labs before handing back a polished, ready-to-publish MP4. Tight edits, snappy pacing and an instinct for what hooks an audience in the first three seconds are essential.
Deliverables per assignment:
• Final 1080 × 1920 MP4 (or higher if source quality allows)
• Source project files so I can archive or tweak later
• A brief log of the AI settings or models used, purely so we can replicate a winning style
