Scrape 1,800 Company Contacts

I have a list of roughly 1,800 companies and need a reliable web-scraping specialist to harvest direct contact details for their general staff. Your task is to capture two data points for each person—email address and phone number—using any combination of traditional scraping techniques and AI-assisted enrichment that you find effective.
Accuracy is vital: every record must belong to an actual staff member (no catch-all or “info@” style entries), and numbers should be formatted so they can be dialed internationally without guesswork. Deduplicate results and flag any company for which fewer than three valid contacts can be found so I can decide whether to proceed with manual outreach later.
Deliverable:
• A clean, UTF-8 encoded CSV containing one row per contact with columns for Company, Full Name, Job Title, Email, Phone, and Source URL.
