Your role is to scale the entire operation:
• Pick the initial service niche you know you can penetrate and fund a modest launch budget (around $3-5 k for ads and tools).
• Spin up the landing pages, booking flows, and automated report generator with no-code platforms and AI assistants.
• Run paid acquisition and outbound, then fulfil every audit and transition clients onto monthly support.
Each audit must specifically cover:
• Data Management

• Performance Metrics
• Operations
• Bottlenecks
Revenue split is simple: you keep 60–80 % of all collected fees, I take 20–40 %, proportionate to who covers ongoing costs. Payouts happen as revenue hits—no long settlement cycles.
