# SEO Administrator
We are looking for an experienced **independent SEO specialist** to manage the ongoing SEO of our Morocco tour website.
**Important:** We are looking to work directly with **one individual only**. **No agencies, teams, or subcontracting.** The person hired must personally perform all SEO work and be the only person accessing our website.
## Responsibilities
The selected freelancer will be responsible for:
* Performing a complete technical SEO audit.
* Fixing technical SEO issues affecting indexing, crawling, and performance.
* Conducting keyword research focused on Morocco travel and private tours.
* Optimizing existing pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content.
* Implementing structured data (Schema Markup) where appropriate.
* Improving Core Web Vitals and page performance.
* Creating and executing a white-hat backlink strategy.
* Identifying new content opportunities, including destination guides, FAQs, and travel resources.
* Monitoring Google Search Console and Google Analytics performance.
* Providing recommendations to improve conversions and user experience.
* Continuously monitoring and improving SEO performance.
## Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of proven SEO experience.
* Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent SEO tools.
* Experience with WordPress websites.
* Experience optimizing travel, tourism, or hospitality websites is preferred.
* Strong understanding of Google's current SEO best practices.
* White-hat SEO techniques only.
## Communication Expectations
Clear communication is very important.
The selected freelancer must:
* Respond to messages within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).
* Notify me before making significant website changes.
* Be proactive in providing updates.
## Weekly Reporting (Required)
A new report must be provided **every Monday** summarizing the previous week's work.
Each report should include:
* Tasks completed
* Pages optimized
* Technical fixes implemented
* Keywords worked on
* Backlinks created (if applicable)
* Current rankings or progress
* Work planned for the following week
* Any issues requiring my approval
Please provide a **new weekly report**, not continuously update the same document.
## Website Access
WordPress Administrator access will be provided.
Hosting access will only be provided if it is absolutely necessary and approved in advance. Requests for access outside the agreed scope of work should be discussed before proceeding.
