SDR / BDR Virtual Assistant – AI & Automation Driven Outbound

DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced SDR/BDR Virtual Assistant to execute outbound sales activity using AI, automation, and modern sales tools.

This is NOT a copywriting role.
This is an execution, process, and follow-through role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute outbound email + LinkedIn campaigns
• Use tools like Amplemarket for sequencing
• Manage leads and statuses in HubSpot / GHL
• Monitor inboxes and LinkedIn replies
• Book meetings using provided calendars
• Follow strict SOPs and daily activity targets

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Previous SDR, BDR, or sales support experience
• Comfortable with outbound email + LinkedIn
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
• Strong written English
• Detail-oriented and process-driven

NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience working with AI tools
• Familiarity with cold outreach best practices
• Prior work with agencies or multiple clients
