Remote Senior Python GenAI Engineers - 15/09/2025 02:56 EDT
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
Over the next three months I’m taking a set of Gen AI concepts from paper to production and need four hands-on senior engineers to own the build. The core mandate is developing Gen AI solutions—everything from a retrieval-augmented-generation pipeline and agentic workflows to carefully crafted prompts that keep hallucination rates low. All of it must slot cleanly into an AWS-backed, horizontally scalable architecture that you will help design.
You will be working entirely in Python, so eight or more years of deep, idiomatic experience is essential. I expect you to translate fuzzy product requirements into clean, testable code, tune or create ML algorithms where off-the-shelf models fall short and, critically, think several steps ahead so our choices today remain maintainable when the contract is extended.
The cadence is straightforward: remote collaboration from 10 AM–7 PM IST, a single-round technical discussion, followed by international background verification. I can on-board bench profiles immediately; the faster you clear BGV, the sooner you ship. The engagement is structured around an overall 80 K budget for the initial three-month sprint, with scope-based extensions already pencilled in.
Key acceptance criteria
• By week 4 a functioning RAG prototype is live in a dev VPC.
• By week 8 agentic orchestration reliably handles at least two complex workflows.
• By week 12 the solution is containerised, CI/CD-ready and cost-optimised on AWS.
If you’re ready to drop into the code on day one and drive these milestones to done, I’m ready to move just as quickly.
