Scope
• First milestone: 50 finished videos (the full project will be roughly 100).
• One unique model look per product unless you suggest a smarter batching workflow that still feels fresh.
• Trendy aesthetic: think social-first styling, smooth camera pans, soft depth-of-field, subtle background loops.
Technical specs
• 1080 × 1920 MP4 (H.264)
• 20–25 s runtime, clean loop or tasteful end frame with transparent logo placeholder
• Colour-true to the source photo; no deviation in gemstone hue, metal tone or surface details
• Ready for silent autoplay, but include a separate version with a gentle royalty-free audio bed if it adds realism
Acceptance criteria
1. Jewellery in video is a pixel-perfect match to the supplied photo (shape, prong setting, engravings, etc.).
2. Skin tones, shadows and reflections do not reveal AI artifacts when viewed frame-by-frame.
3. Each file passes a basic deep-fake detection scan and looks organic on mobile.
4. Delivery folder clearly labelled and sequenced; preview thumbnails provided.
