Raspberry Pi Gesture Control Integration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need help integrating gesture control using MediaPipe on a Raspberry Pi AI Camera (Sony IMX500). This setup is for a MagicMirror project.
Key Requirements:
- Use MediaPipe's Hand Landmarker or BlazeHand directly on the IMX500's processor.
- Implement recognition for specific gestures: hand waves, pinch gestures, thumbs up/down, stop, okay, call me, rock, pointing.
- Gestures should trigger specific actions (such as control of screen power, MMM-Pages, etc).
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with MediaPipe and gesture recognition
- Proficiency in working with Raspberry Pi and AI cameras
- Knowledge in model deployment on edge devices
- Ability to manipulate image orientation before inference
