Raise Capital for AI-native Education Firm
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
Project Type: Fundraising / Capital Introduction
Budget: Success Fee Only (Percentage of Funds Raised)
Description:
I am seeking an experienced capital introducer with direct relationships to:
Family offices (single-family or multi-family)
Lending companies (private credit funds, direct lenders, debt funds)
Institutional investors that do direct debt deals
High-net-worth individuals with family office-style direct investment appetite
The Opportunity:
We are raising $500,000 in senior secured debt for an AI-native education infrastructure company.
Key Terms:
Fixed Return: 50% over 24 months ($250,000 interest on $500,000 principal)
Security: First lien on all IP and hardware (investor paid before founders, before staff, before expansion)
Breakeven: 50 pods total ever (12% of target)
Installation Pace: 100 pods per month → by Month 6, cumulative pods reach 2x debt coverage
Total Repayment: $750,000 ($500k principal + $250k interest)
The Model:
Parents govern small learning pods (10 students each)
AI delivers all instruction (no human teachers, no bias, no burnout)
Students launch real companies in Year 2
Funded via state ESA grants ($8,000/child/year in Florida, similar in 34 states)
Unit Economics (Floor, Not Ceiling):
Revenue per pod/month: $900
Variable cost: ($150)
Contribution per pod: $750
Fixed costs (all-in): $20,000/month
Breakeven at 50 pods
Why Debt, Not Equity:
Equity is the most expensive capital if you succeed. We prefer to pay $250k in interest and keep 100% ownership. The investor gets a secured 50% return. Fair trade.
What We Need:
Warm introductions to family offices, lending companies, private credit funds, and direct lenders
You must have a proven track record of successful introductions to debt capital
Compensation:
Success fee only – paid as a percentage of funds raised at closing
No retainers, no advances, no upfront fees of any kind
You only get paid if we get funded
What You'll Receive:
Full pitch deck
Business Plan
107-question due diligence document (answered in advance)
Direct access to founder for investor calls
To Apply:
Please message me with:
A brief summary of your experience introducing deals to family offices and/or lending companies
Examples of successful introductions (anonymized if necessary)
Which types of capital you have direct access to
I will respond within 8 hours to qualified applicants.
