AI Property Valuation Landing Page

I need a WordPress-ready landing page with a built-in AI property valuation tool. Visitors will enter only a handful of details—living area, plot size, year of construction, last renovation, property type (currently House or Apartment), and address—and instantly see an estimated market value.

Key goals
• Replace the existing iframe on https://blumbergimmobilien.de/immobewertung/ with native code to boost SEO and page speed.
• Present a modern, minimalist design that looks great on desktop and mobile.
• Give me full ownership of the source so I can extend the model (for example, to include Commercial Property later) and run A/B tests.
• Make the page Google Analytics-ready so every step of the valuation funnel can be tracked for conversion optimisation.

Functional expectations
• AI/ML logic runs server-side (Python, Node, or PHP—your call) and returns a value in real time.
• Inputs are validated and geocoded as needed to improve accuracy.
• The estimated price appears clearly with a confidence range and a prompt for the visitor to request a full appraisal.
• All user inputs and valuation results can be forwarded to my CRM via webhook or emailed as a lead.

Deliverables
- Custom WordPress plugin housing the valuation engine and Gutenberg/shortcode block for easy placement.
