AI Product Video Tool Build to create bulky video upload with video editing tools for product showcase and commerce with AI making video tools to edit and create the AI videos
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
My catalogue grows weekly and every item needs a clean, uniform product-showcase video ready for social feeds and the store’s PDP. To keep up, I want a purpose-built workflow that lets me import bulky batches of raw clips, trim away the dead time in one sweep, and push out polished cuts in minutes instead of hours.
Core requirements
• Product-focused output: 15–45 sec vertical and square cuts that put the item front and centre, no flashy transitions or gimmicks.
• One-click trimming and cutting so I can mark in/out on dozens of clips at once, then generate individual assets automatically.
• AI-generated subtitles that pick up brand-specific terms accurately and export both burn-in and .srt versions.
What I picture
A lightweight desktop or web tool (Adobe Premiere / After Effects scripting, DaVinci Fusion macro, FFMPEG pipeline, or a custom React + FFmpeg-wasm front-end—whatever you’re fastest with) tied to an AI transcription engine such as Whisper or AssemblyAI. I drop a folder of 4K footage, select the takes, hit “Process,” and receive:
1. Trimmed, colour-matched MP4s at the right aspect ratios
2. Editable subtitle layer and separate .srt file
3. Consistent file naming that matches my SKU structure
This is a long-term engagement. Once the core tool is solid, ongoing tweaks—template updates, new subtitle languages, additional batch actions—will roll out monthly. If you’ve built automation for e-commerce video before or have sample scripts/macros that hit similar checkpoints, include a short note and a link so I can see the flow in action.
