I'm seeking an expert in AI integration to enhance our PBX (SIP/VOIP) system. This project will involve using AI for tasks such as transcription, appointment scheduling, and order processing. The AI will also need to handle modifications to appointments.
Key Requirements:
- Integration of AI into our current practice management systems; specifically Best Practice and Dental for Windows.
- The AI's role will be multifaceted, including but not limited to:
- Transcribing calls and conversations
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing orders
- Adjusting existing appointments
- The AI should also have the ability to transcribe and generate letters for my review
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in AI integration, specifically with PBX systems.
- Familiarity with Best Practice and Dental for Windows software.
