JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview
I'm launching an AI training course series and need an experienced video editor to assemble 12 professional training videos. All raw assets will be provided — your job is to bring them together into polished, engaging course-ready videos.
What You'll Be Assembling
Each video will be built from the following assets that I will supply:
* Nova (AI avatar) — pre-rendered avatar clips with voiceover already recorded
* Canva slides/images — exported as PNG or PDF (you will animate/transition these)
* Background music — royalty-free tracks I will provide
* Scripts — provided for reference and timing alignment
Video Specifications
Total videos: 12
Average length: 5 minutes each (~60 minutes total finished content)
Format: MP4, 1080p (16:9)
Style: Clean, modern, professional — suitable for an online learning platform (Thinkific)
What Each Finished Video Must Include
Nova avatar clip synced and positioned (lower third or split screen — TBD per video)
Canva slides/images with smooth transitions between each
Subtle animations on text/image elements (entrance effects, not distracting)
Background music mixed at low volume under voiceover (~15–20% volume)
Consistent intro and outro (template provided or you can propose one)
Lower thirds or title cards where indicated in the script
Clean cuts — no dead air, no awkward pauses

Ideal Candidate
Experience editing online course or educational videos
Comfortable working with Canva exports and avatar/VO-based content
Familiar with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Has a portfolio of similar work (course videos, explainer videos, or training content)
Reliable communicator — updates on progress appreciated
Can deliver 2–3 videos per week to meet our April 2026 launch target
