I have a series of patent drafts stored on an AI-powered platform and I need them transferred into my Dropbox account, sorted into a clear folder hierarchy, and then used to prepare a complete patent application package.

Here is the flow I need you to follow:
1. Securely log in to the AI platform I provide, locate every patent-related document, and download each draft in its native file format as well as PDF.
2. Upload everything to my Dropbox, creating folders by invention, draft date, and revision so nothing is misplaced.
3. Use those drafts—along with the reference materials I supply—to fill out the USPTO utility patent application (specification, claims, abstract, drawings list, and the Application Data Sheet). I’ll review internally before submission, so accuracy and neat formatting are vital.

A local paralegal near Jacksonville, FL is preferred for occasional in-person document review and notarization, but if you are experienced with remote patent prep and available during Eastern Time hours we can make it work. Familiarity with Dropbox, USPTO EFS-Web/Patent Center, and basic AI download workflows is important.
