Optimized AI Training Video Workflow

The goal is to build a streamlined, repeatable process that lets me generate high-quality AI-driven training videos on demand. Every video will focus on skill development—specifically the technical and industry-specific abilities my audience needs to master—so accuracy, clarity, and a logical instructional flow are essential.
Here’s what I need:
• A documented workflow that covers everything from script generation and voice cloning through to avatar creation, scene assembly, captioning, and final export.
• Three sample videos (2–3 minutes each) produced with this workflow to prove it works end-to-end and to act as future templates.
• Recommendations on which AI tools to integrate (e.g., text-to-speech, avatar/video synthesis, graphic generation, editing/assembly), with pros, cons, and pricing notes so I can scale cost-effectively.
• Clear hand-off files—editable project files, prompt libraries, and a short guide—so I can spin up new videos without extra help.
Acceptance criteria
– The workflow can be reproduced on a standard Windows or macOS setup without paid plugins beyond the recommended AI platforms.
– Output videos meet 1080p resolution, spoken audio is natural, and on-screen visuals match the narrated technical concepts.
– Total turnaround from script prompt to rendered video stays under 60 minutes using the documented steps.
