Onsite AI QA Engineer Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a 2–4 year QA Engineer who has already tested at least one AI tool end-to-end and is comfortable working full-time from our Bangalore office. The core day-to-day work will revolve around validating a production-grade AI solution, so I’m looking for someone who understands model behaviour as well as classic software QA practices.
Key expectations
• Hands-on functional and regression testing of the AI tool we are releasing.
• Ability to probe model outputs for accuracy, bias and stability, then translate findings into clear defect reports.
• Solid grasp of automation; if you have scripts in Selenium, Appium or similar frameworks, all the better.
• Performance validation experience—load, stress or scalability testing—will help you stand out.
• Clear, concise communication with both data-science and engineering teams.
Deliverables
1. On-boarding onsite within one week of selection.
2. Written test strategy covering functional, automation and exploratory AI validation.
3. Weekly defect metrics and a continuously updated regression suite.
4. A final sign-off report summarising coverage, open risks and recommendations.
