Who Should Apply
Experienced AI creators — not beginners or casual learners
Can reliably produce realistic AI content
Comfortable creating 5 minutes or more of content per day (10-hour workday possible depending on output)
Portfolio Requirements
Show realistic AI work only
No animals
No still photos
No non-talking AI clips
Must demonstrate realism, natural movement, and lip-sync quality
Applications without portfolio will be skipped
Sample Work
Applicants must provide a short sample using my characters
This sample will determine who is selected for the project
Must complete sample using free tools with your own access
Project Overview
90-minute cinematic AI film focused on realism and emotional believability
About 90% of scenes feature a man on stage speaking — motion, facial expressions, and lip-sync are critical
Three additional characters will also speak on stage with him
Remaining 10% includes action-based scenes requiring realistic AI output
Grounded, traditional movie feel — no flashy or experimental work
Position Details
Compensation: $300 USD per person (could pay more depending on experience)
Schedule: Work from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Time, approximately 10 hours per day
Duration: ~2 weeks
Required Experience
Proven realistic AI image and video creation
Consistent lighting and character design
Natural motion and facial expressions
Skilled with Veo, CapCut, ChatGPT
Fluent English
Reliable attendance in meetings
Able to work in a team using provided subscriptions
