We are looking for experienced vendors, agencies, or project leads to collaborate on an ongoing, large-scale Online Meeting Audio Collection Project. Work can begin as early as next week for teams with proven execution capacity.
Project Scope:
Collection of online meeting audio recordings where all participants are physically present in the same room.
Dual-recording format combining room Zoom audio with individual close-talk microphones.
Target Volumes & Speaker Profiles:
Native English Speakers (5,000 Hours Total):
Primary Locales: US, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, etc.
Other Accepted Locales: Singapore, Malta, Caribbean locales, major Philippine urban areas, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Fiji, PNG, Samoa, Tonga, etc.
Fluent English Speakers (5,000 Hours Total):
High-proficiency ESL (English as a Second Language) speakers at C1/C2 levels.
Requirements:
All participants must be fluent in English and comfortable communicating naturally in a group setting.
Proven ability to recruit participants, manage room acoustics, and handle audio data delivery.
High performers will have opportunities for volume expansion during the production phase.
