This is a serious production a 90-minute cinematic AI film focused on realism, emotional believability, and consistency. We are not looking for experimental or flashy visuals. The goal is a grounded, traditional movie feel in controlled environments.
Position details:
• Compensation: $200 USD per person
• Schedule: Full-time, 2:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time
• Project length: Approximately 2 weeks
• Start date: February 12, 2026 at 2:00 AM Eastern Time
Required experience:
• Proven experience creating realistic AI images and video
• Ability to maintain lighting and character consistency
• Natural motion and subtle facial expression control
• Clean, believable lip-sync
• Experience working with tools such as Veo, CapCut, and ChatGPT
• Fluent English communication
• Reliable attendance in team meetings
• Comfortable working collaboratively using provided subscriptions
Project structure:
The film is organized scene-by-scene to maintain quality and consistency. One main character carries most of the story, so precision and realism are critical.
This role is strictly for experienced AI creators who are dependable, skilled, and looking to contribute seriously not casual experimentation.
