Need DaVinci Resolve AI Super Scale Expert (1080p Film to 4K Upscaling)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a feature-length film mastered in clean 1080p, and I want every frame lifted to true-looking 4K without the plasticky or over-sharpened feel that many quick passes create. You’ll be working in DaVinci Resolve using its AI Super Scale engine; if you need a companion pass in Topaz or another tool for edge cases, that’s fine, but Resolve’s AI layer should drive the result so grading and grain remain cinematic.
What matters to me is preservation of texture: skin pores stay natural, fine patterns stay crisp, and any noise reduction is applied only where it serves the image. I’ll supply the ProRes 1080p master via a secure link; you return a visually lossless 4K master (3840×2160) in ProRes HQ or a comparable mezzanine codec so I can drop it straight into my delivery pipeline.
Please show a brief before/after sample from your previous upscales—ideally narrative footage rather than test charts—and outline the workflow you’ll follow (AI settings, render passes, final checks). If this first project looks as good as I believe it can, I have several shorts in line for the same treatment.
Deliverables
• 4K master file (ProRes HQ or equivalent, 3840×2160)
• Optional short comparison clip demonstrating the improvement
• A one-paragraph note on the settings used so I can replicate or adjust in future projects
