1. Project Overview
We are a cold chain and general freight logistics 4PL business building a comprehensive bot infrastructure to automate our operations. This is not a simple chatbot project. We are building three production-grade Telegram bots that replace manual workflows across finance, operations, and marketing — integrating with Xero, Google Ads, carrier email systems, an e-sign platform, Google Drive, and our own backend API.
The system will be used daily by a team of 4–5 people across bookings, finance, sales, and management. Every module must be reliable, well-documented, and designed for long-term maintainability.
What we are building - Bot Primary purpose
Finance Bot Xero reporting, AR management, carrier invoice reconciliation, daily and monthly summaries, anomaly alerts
Operations Bot Carrier booking dispatch, pricing engine, quote and contract automation, delivery tracking, carrier performance scoring
Marketing Bot Google Ads monitoring and controls, anomaly alerting, weekly AI-written reports
The right developer for this project
• Has built and deployed production bot systems, not just prototypes
• Can work independently across a complex multi-integration scope
• Writes clean, well-structured code with proper error handling from day one
• Communicates proactively when blockers arise
• Is available for regular video calls with our team based across Asia and Australia
2. Required Technical Skills
You must have demonstrable production experience with the majority of these. Please do not bid if you have not built real systems using these tools.

3. Critical Design Requirement — Read Before Bidding
All business-specific values must be externalised into configuration files. No hardcoded business logic, company names, carrier details, or credentials anywhere in the core codebase. The system must be fully deployable for a different business by replacing a configuration file and API keys only. This is non-negotiable.
