Hello,
I’m building a new AI agency and I need an experienced automation specialist to help me create a professional outreach system for restaurant leads.
I already have an Excel file with approximately 2,300 restaurants, and I want to contact them in a structured and efficient way.
What I need help with:
Clean and organize the Excel database.
Segment the leads by name, email, phone number, website, and business type.
Set up an email marketing automation workflow.
Create a cold email sequence with follow-up messages.
Set up a basic CRM or lead tracking system.
Optional: prepare a WhatsApp Business API workflow if possible and compliant.
What I’m looking for:
Someone with real experience in email outreach, lead generation, CRM setup, and marketing automation.
Knowledge of tools such as Brevo, Mailshake, Instantly, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
A clear and organized way of working.
Someone who can explain the setup in a simple way so I can manage it later.
Deliverables expected:
Cleaned and structured database.
Automated outreach system.
Email sequence with follow-ups.
CRM or tracking system.
Short guide or video showing how everything works.
