Migrate Life-Science AI to AWS
Budget: $10 – $50 AUD
I have an Alpha-stage AI platform that guides life-science researchers from idea through discovery. It currently runs on Base44, yet we now need the global reach, elasticity and tighter compliance posture that AWS offers. We have a detailed backlog and UX.
The job is to lift-and-shift—and where sensible, re-architect—everything onto AWS without sacrificing a single existing capability: advanced data analysis pipelines, automated machine-learning model training, and real-time data processing must all run exactly as they do today, the backlog shows the must have and like to have items.
While you carry out the migration, I also have a strategic improvements folded in: a markedly stronger security layer to SOc2 standard. Think IAM best practices, VPC segregation, encryption at rest and in transit, and documented threat-model testing.
Key deliverables
• AWS infrastructure designed and provisioned as code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and fully documented
• All current services, models and data pipelines ported, validated for functional parity and performance
- provide guardrails around the AI to reduce hallucinations
• Work with our UX Manager to change any underlying workflow logic
• Security hardening implemented and verified through penetration or vulnerability testing
• Final hand-over package: architecture diagram, IaC repository, runbooks, rollback plan and knowledge-transfer session
Acceptance criteria
– Analytical output and model performance match the Base44 instance
– Real-time jobs respond sub-second under agreed load profiles
– Zero critical security findings in the final audit
– Production cut-over completed with less than 30 minutes downtime
- Production ready against our minimum task spreadsheet and objectives.
You will have deep experience in migrations and use of Base 44 and experience in AWS is a must. You will need to provide references of similar processes undertaken and fixed cost to undertake the work.
