Migrate AI-Builder Site and Setup Dashboard

Website Migration + Student Dashboard Setup
I built my website using **Base44 AI Builder**, and it is currently hosted on Base44’s default hosting. I want to migrate the complete website to **Hostinger**, where I already have my domain and hosting plan.
The website has multiple pages explaining my student practice platform. The practice platform itself is outsourced, so students are redirected to that external platform.
Along with migration, I also need a simple backend/student dashboard where students can log in and access:
* Free & Paid e-books
* Free & Paid courses
The dashboard should include basic login/signup, student access control, and an admin-side option to manage e-books, courses, and student access.
The main work includes:
* Migrating the Base44 website to Hostinger
* Setting up the domain and hosting properly
* Making sure all pages, links, buttons, and redirects work correctly
* Building or setting up a student dashboard
* Adding secure access for free and paid e-books/courses
* Setting up payment/access flow if needed
* Making sure the website is stable, responsive, and easy to manage
I will provide the Base44 source files as a zip file, along with environment variables and hosting/domain access.
