We need someone who can build, optimize, scale, and continuously improve our Meta advertising while making data-driven decisions.
## Responsibilities
* Build and launch Meta advertising campaigns from scratch.
* Create and test multiple campaign structures.
* Build audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and custom audiences.
* Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and CAC.
* Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
* Monitor campaigns daily.
* Identify problems before performance declines.
* Create new creative testing strategies.
* Advise our team on landing page improvements.
* Improve conversion rates through data analysis.
* Set up and manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
* Ensure accurate event tracking.
* Analyze attribution across the customer journey.
* Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Recommend budget allocation across campaigns.
* Coordinate with our internal development team regarding tracking and CRM integrations.
