PROJECT SCOPE:
Build an end-to-end workflow where:
1. Client books interview via HighLevel calendar
2. Vapi.ai AI agent conducts 60-minute structured interview with client
3. Make processes transcript and sends to Claude for analysis
4. I review and approve analysis in HighLevel
5. Client receives preliminary report

- Human review workflow (notifications, approval process)
3. HighLevel Configuration
- Booking calendar integrated with Vapi
- Custom fields for storing interviews, transcripts, analysis
- Email sequences (confirmation, prep, reminder, follow-up)
- Client portal for report delivery
4. Claude API Integration
- Pre-interview question customization
- Post-interview analysis (structured JSON output)
- Report generation
