About the Project:
I recently purchased a done-for-you cold email system from LeadGenJ. Everything is ready to go — I’ve got 10,000+ verified leads, 30 fully warmed-up domains, and AI-written cold email scripts trained on my industry messaging.
Now I’m looking for a technical and strategic expert who can help me:
Set up and manage the campaigns in Instantly.ai, and
Refine and script the emails alongside me to make sure the messaging fits my exact tone and positioning.
You won’t need to start from scratch — the system, data, and copy foundation are all built. I just need someone to bring it all together, run it smoothly, and fine-tune the communication for results.
What You’ll Do:
Configure and manage all Instantly.ai campaigns.
Import and segment 10,000+ leads into appropriate lists.
Connect and verify all 30 pre-warmed domains and mailboxes.
Ensure all SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are correct.
Work with me hand-in-hand to adjust and refine existing email sequences using the AI copywriting tool (GPT trained on my messaging).
Manage sending limits, monitor deliverability, and troubleshoot as needed.
Track performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments.

Requirements:
Proven experience using Instantly.ai or similar cold email tools (Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.)
Strong grasp of cold email deliverability, DNS setup, domain rotation, and campaign safety.
Good understanding of AI copywriting tools and editing for tone and clarity.
Excellent communication skills — someone who can collaborate closely and adapt based on feedback.
Bonus if you’ve worked on B2B lead generation or SaaS/AI-related outreach campaigns.
