AI Growth Operator for B2B SaaS (Outbound, Automation & Lead Generation)

We are looking for a hands-on freelance AI Growth Operator to help build the outbound and distribution engine for our SaaS startup.

Affily Network is a content collaboration and creator operations platform that helps brands, agencies and creator teams manage creator content, approvals, feedback and campaigns in one place.
We are not looking for an agency.
We are looking for a freelancer who can work directly with the founder and help build scalable growth systems from the ground up.
Your responsibilities:
* Build and optimize cold email systems
* Setup and manage Apollo
* Setup and manage Instantly or Smartlead
* Build lead generation workflows
* Create and optimize outbound sequences
* Build prospect lists for agencies and brands
* Setup automations using Clay, n8n, Make or Zapier
* Help build LinkedIn outreach workflows
* Create reporting dashboards and KPI tracking
* Use AI tools to increase productivity and personalization
Requirements:
* Proven experience building outbound systems for B2B SaaS
* Strong knowledge of Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead and Clay
* Experience with AI tools such as Claude
* Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier
* Strong understanding of cold email deliverability
* Strong understanding of lead generation and prospecting
* Fluent written English
