Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm launching a white-label AI voice receptionist service and need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to configure the entire foundation within my account. I will create the GoHighLevel Agency account myself and add you as a team member with admin access. You will build everything within MY account so I maintain full ownership and control. The project covers activating and configuring the AI voice agent feature, through to handing me a fully branded (logo in place, neutral colour palette for now) client-ready system I can replicate at will.
Core scope:
Configure the AI voice agent so it can confidently handle appointment scheduling, customer support and lead qualification straight out of the box. Must be fully tested and working.
Create a reusable client sub-account template: funnels, workflows, phone settings, automations, reporting dashboards—the works—so I can clone and customize for each new customer in minutes.
Apply my current logo throughout. I don't have rigid brand guidelines, so feel free to follow standard best-practice styling; I may tweak colours later.
Build a simple onboarding workflow that collects each new client's details, plugs them into the sub-account, and sends them a welcome email with login instructions.
Walk me through the full process on a live screen-share so I can add and manage future clients myself. Training must be thorough—I need to understand how to operate this independently.
Requirements:
You must already have examples of GHL agencies where you set up AI voice agents and white-labelled everything; I'll ask to see them. Clear English communication is essential, and I'd like to kick this off within the next two to three weeks.
