AI Gmail Cold Email Automation

I’m rolling out an AI-driven sales workflow and the first piece I want in place is an automated cold-email system that plugs straight into Gmail. I’ve settled on email automation (no chatbots or voice assistants right now) and I need someone who can take the idea from blank slate to a live, sending-and-tracking machine.

Here’s what I’m picturing:
• Select or build an AI tool that connects cleanly with Gmail—think Mailshake, Apollo, a GPT-powered script, or another platform you trust.
• Map a multi-step cold-email sequence with personalization variables, automatic follow-ups, and basic A/B testing.
• Set up deliverability safeguards (SPF/DKIM, warm-up, throttling) so we stay out of spam.
• Enable real-time analytics inside a simple dashboard or Google Sheet: opens, clicks, replies, and any lead-scoring data.
• Walk me through the setup so I can tweak copy and cadence without breaking anything.

I’ll supply the copy, target lists, and a dedicated Gmail workspace account; you supply the technical know-how, integration skills, and best-practice guidance. If you’ve deployed similar AI email systems before, especially with Gmail’s API, Zapier, or a sales-enablement tool, I’d love to see it.
