Fix & Review My Voice AI Agent Setup (n8n + Twilio + Retell AI)

I'm building a voice AI agent using n8n, Twilio, and Retell AI. However, my current setup is not functioning as expected—calls are either not being triggered or return a 404 error. I suspect the issue lies in the HTTP request formatting, agent configuration, or webhook setup.
I need an experienced automation and voice integration freelancer to review, debug, and fix this system.
Scope of Work:
Review my current n8n workflow (JSON export or screen share provided)
Verify and correct the HTTP request body sent to Retell AI
Check Twilio number verification and ensure caller ID settings are valid
Fix issues causing 404 errors or failed triggers
Ensure Retell AI agent ID and override version are configured properly
Test the complete call flow: Twilio → n8n → Retell AI → phone call
Document what was fixed (short summary for future reference)
Tools Involved:
n8n (self-hosted – can export workflow)
Twilio Programmable Voice (with paid verified number)
Retell AI (agent already created, with dynamic variables)
Webhook logic and API integration troubleshooting (preferred)
Final Outcome:
