Experienced Claude Code Developer needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
**Job Title:** Experienced Claude Code Developer for AI Agent Platform (Vozlia)
**Project Overview:**
I'm building Vozlia, an AI agent platform, and need a skilled developer to work alongside me as a coding partner. Since I work a full-time job, I need someone who can make consistent progress on the project during my work hours and collaborate with me via phone calls during breaks and after hours.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
- Building out features of the Vozlia AI agent platform using Claude Code
- Translating verbal instructions and requirements from phone conversations into working code
- Implementing prompt engineering and AI agent workflows
- Debugging, testing, and iterating on features independently
- Providing regular progress updates and short demos
**Required Qualifications:**
- Significant hands-on experience using Claude Code for real production projects (please provide examples)
- Strong skills in prompt engineering and AI agent development
- Ability to take direction over phone calls and execute without lengthy written specs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of APIs, backend development, and modern web frameworks
- Clear English communication skills for phone discussions
- Reliable availability during US business hours (or overlapping hours) for daily check-ins
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience building AI agent platforms or multi-agent systems
- Familiarity with the Anthropic API, MCP servers, and tool-use patterns
- Background in prompt-based / spec-driven development workflows
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
**Work Style:**
- Primary direction will come via phone conversations (not lengthy written briefs)
- You must be comfortable taking notes during calls and turning them into working features
- Self-starter who can keep the project moving while I'm at my day job
- Honest communicator who flags blockers early
