Experienced Automation & Integration Developer – Proven Track Record Required

We are seeking a highly skilled developer with a proven track record to design, build, and deploy an advanced multi-channel automation system. The project involves integrating several third-party platforms and APIs to streamline outreach, follow-ups, content publishing, client account management, and payment processing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building robust workflows using an automation engine such as n8n, managing GitHub repositories, and integrating multiple communication channels.

This role requires hands‑on experience with:

Cold Email Marketing:
Integrating and configuring a cold email outreach platform (e.g., Instantly) for high-volume campaigns including email warm-up, lead enrichment, and automated sequencing.

Voice AI Agents:
Integrating voice APIs for real‑time call automation, including speech-to-text and text-to-speech capabilities if needed.

VSL Platform Integration:
Integrating a dedicated VSL solution (Vinna.ai) to manage video sales letter production.

Content Publishing:
Integrating an auto‑blog or content platform for SEO-rich content publishing to capture inbound leads.

Client Account Management:
Integrating with a client management tool (e.g., GoHighLevel) to provision and manage sub‑accounts upon conversion.

Payment Gateway Integration:
Integrating a payment gateway (e.g., Stripe or PayPal) to process recurring subscription payments and manage billing.

Data Collection & Reporting:
Utilizing Google Sheets for real-time data collection and reporting across workflows.

Automation Orchestration:
Using n8n as the central workflow engine to tie together scrapers, communication APIs (voice, SMS, email), content publishing, and client management systems.

Monitoring & Error Handling:
Implementing robust logging, monitoring, and error-handling (using tools like Grafana or Prometheus) to ensure high system reliability.

Infrastructure & Version Control:
Setting up cloud servers (AWS, Azure, etc.) with secure configurations and managing GitHub repositories for code and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Environment Setup:

Provision and secure cloud servers and configure necessary environments.
Set up GitHub repositories and implement CI/CD best practices.
Workflow Development:

Develop custom web scrapers to monitor external data sources and output standardized data.
Build n8n workflows to process inbound data, trigger automated outreach (cold email, voice calls, SMS, email), and schedule follow-up sequences.
Integrate a voice agent for real-time call handling.
Configure cold email outreach through Instantly.
Integrate the VSL platform (Vinna.ai) for video sales letter production.
Connect a separate auto‑blog/content system to drive inbound lead capture.
Integrate with GoHighLevel to automatically provision client sub‑accounts.
Integrate a payment gateway for recurring billing and invoicing.
Set up Google Sheets for data logging and reporting of key metrics.
Monitoring & Error Handling:

Implement robust logging, monitoring, and error-handling across all workflows.
Configure automated alerts for any system anomalies.
Documentation & Handover:

Produce comprehensive documentation covering server configurations, workflow designs, API integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Deliver a detailed maintenance and handover guide.
Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience with cloud server provisioning and management (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Proven expertise with workflow automation platforms such as n8n (or similar) and building complex, multi-step workflows.
Strong background in GitHub repository management, version control, and CI/CD processes.
Demonstrated ability in developing and deploying robust web scrapers.
In-depth experience with cold email marketing platforms (preferably Instantly) for high-volume outreach.
Proven track record integrating voice AI agents (including speech-to-text and text-to-speech, if required).
Hands‑on experience integrating VSL platforms (Vinna.ai preferred) and auto‑blog/content systems.
Experience with API integrations for client account management (e.g., GoHighLevel) and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Proficiency with Google Sheets integration for real-time data collection and reporting.
