AI-Enhanced Office Interior Design

I’m redesigning a sub-100 m² office in Dubai that will function as an inspiring creative workspace. I want the concept to feel fresh, modern and distinctly tailored to the way designers and strategists collaborate, brainstorm and present work to clients.

To move fast I’d like you to marry traditional CAD/CAM precision with AI-assisted space planning. Whether you run Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Rhino-Inside-Revit scripts, or your own Python-driven layout optimiser, the aim is to iterate quickly, extract the strongest ideas and then document them rigorously in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Key tasks
• Build an accurate 3D model of the existing shell.
• Use AI workflows to test multiple furniture, lighting and acoustic schemes until the programme flows naturally.
• Translate the chosen scheme into detailed, construction-ready drawings and photorealistic renders that match Dubai fit-out standards.
• Compile a concise material board showing finishes, codes and local suppliers.

Deliverables (all due within 7 days)
- Dimensioned floor plan, reflected ceiling plan and two key elevations in DWG + PDF
- Coordinated Revit (2023+) model with sheets set up
- Clean SketchUp file for quick client walk-throughs
- Five high-resolution 4K renders (day and night moods)
- Material/FF&E board with sourcing notes

I’m available for site access in the UAE if needed; remote collaboration is equally fine provided you can join daily check-ins (UTC+4). Once approved, I’ll release the final milestone. Let’s create an office that truly sparks creativity.
